Email is being sent with broken link

    I have the setting on “DO NOT SEND” for emails, but it sends an email to everyone anyway. The email link is the url for the clone made during editing, so people are complaining they get a 404 when clicking link. I also tried “SEND TO ADMINISTRATOR” and am having the same issue. PLEASE HELP ASAP. I am losing followers. This is a huge issue.
