It appears the version of the Cislen theme you’re running is not fully compatible with the latest version of WordPress you’re running.

Two options:

1) The theme’s demo runs 1.0.6, but your site runs 1.0.5. Upgrade your theme to see if the problem has been fixed already.

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately this did not work :(. Links stopped working since they edited some things from the Theme’s support and I can’t get it to work again now.

There’s an event listener in the theme’s asset/js/script.js file which tries to toggle the class of the 'body' element (line 2393). I believe the jQuery selector there should be '#box-mobile-menu' instead of 'body'. There may be other issues. I may even be wrong, but 'body' just seems wrong to me.

Do you know what was edited by theme support? If so, you could revert to the original version, then one by one reapply the changes, repeatedly testing until you zero in on which change breaks the menu.

OTOH, if they broke it, I’d think the onus is on them to fix it.
