Still cant send emails and still getting alerts of non-authorized account

Hello, this is happening to my clients account on their website i’m developing. He has received twice the confirmation message for send emails in mailpoet but when i create an email i can’t send it or schedule it. An alert is shown:

You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails.

I’m using WP Mail SMTP and my website is hosting on a Hostinger VPS. I can send emails with WP Mail SMTP without any trouble.

Please help.
