PayU Integration

  • Hi sir, I am facing Pending Payment issues even after customer pays. I am using PayU money official plugin v 3.7
    Customer pays, but status remains Pending Payment.
    This is not happening everytime, happens with few orders only.
    I contacted payu support. They said everything is fine from our end and told me to contact theme support once.
    Please assure me if payu is fully compatible with oceanwp

  • Hi,

    OceanWP doesn’t interfere with payment processing. Kindly try to switch theme to the default wp theme and check it works or not.
    As you said, It doesn’t happen always, so it could be a server issue or an issue in the payment process.
