My theme adds several additional image sizes to fill in gaps in the default wordpress ones. Imagify doesn’t seem to optimize those and does not create webp versions of them (checked via ftp).

All image sizes are selected in the settings. Restoring the original and reoptimizing does not work. Webp is enabled and works for the built in sizes.

Help is appreciated as I have several gigabytes of images to optimize on 300+ websites.
    Thanks.

    Hey @dhokerbuldit

?Sorry to hear about the issue!

Can you double-check if it works well for standard thumbnail sizes?

These would not be optimized if they are already well compressed but WebP must be created.

Can you activate this helper plugin and then visit the image from Media Library page. In Image page (in WP Admin) you will see further details when you scroll down, with additional information about number of thumbnails, their status and potential errors.

Can you make screenshots of this section and send it to us?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I double checked, standard sizes work.

What I notice is that my custom added sizes don’t show their proper name in the Mandatory WP metas section.

I’ve included the image size register code. Maybe the name being castable to an int or my omission of the height is causing the issue.

I can confirm that the size name has to include a non-number character to be valid.

    Valid code

Thank you for your time! The helper plugin did the trick.

    Hey @dhokerbuldit

Thanks for your patience! And thanks for the update.

We are glad to hear you were able to resolve it.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch in case of any further issue. Please don’t forget to deactivate the helper plugin (it will log Imagify activity and store it to your database, which is unnecessary when everything works as expected).

    Best Regards
    Marko
