• Hi, The plugin worked great with SendGrid using SSL. Then I tried your published settings for smtp.gmail.com but received a message from google saying that the app was blocked from authenticating because the app does not meet Google’s security standards. The message directed me to this Google Support article: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255

The google account I’m using to authenticate is a G Suite account. Not sure that makes any difference. I have the option to switch off the blocking for this account, which would allow your plugin to use the account. However, Google will automatically re-enable the blocking if it is not used often – and my WordPress website does not get many enquiries via the contact form.

So I’m wondering if you plan to make the plugin compatible with Google’s third party application security standards?

For now I can use the plugin with SendGrid and SSL no problem.

    Thanks.
