wp-login.php lost password link redirects to an incorrect page

Hey,

For some reason the lost password link on my website login page is redirecting to https://ukpropertyliveonline.com/my-account/lost-password/ but this page is hidden by membership and I can’t change it. I have double checked the membership protection and it has none on it. How do I change this page so it is open to use.
