Hi, I’m guessing they’re measuring different things, but we’d have to compare the two to know.

Would you be willing to share more information about what you’re seeing? Screenshots and links to the sources would be helpful.

i have the same issue which i have just reported on this forum

    Hello,
I would need you to give me an email, you could not publish the data here

No need to share your email or private info here. I think what @supernovia is asking if if you can tell us if there have been any other changes to your site recently or any other odd behavior that has taken place as well in the last few weeks. Have you added any new plugins about the time you saw this change? Is Google Analytics something you have connected only recently?

One thing to be aware of is that Google Analytics uses different methods to identify and track activity on your site compared to what Jetpack uses. With this in mind, it is normal for the stats to always show slightly different totals for your visits, views, etc. However, you should see similar trends and patterns in both stats packages.

    Hi, I made no changes.
The difference of views is great, not slight

@jotapov can you please share a screenshot of the views you’re seeing, and the other views that are so different, so we can see what you see? We don’t have enough information to see what is wrong yet.

Hello, he told you that I cannot make that data public, I need an email

There is not a private support option for Jetpack unless you have purchased one of our upgrades here.

If you are using the free version of the plugin, support is given here in the public forums, so we do not have an email address we can offer for you to contact us privately

As I mentioned previously however, it is common for different stats packages to report different visitor totals, as each package will analyze the traffic of your site differently. This can especially be the case if your site gets a lot of traffic from “bots” which is something we try to actively filter out but your Google Analytics may not be filtering from stats.
