Form not showing up

    From your screenshot, it looks like there could be some incomplete Conditional Logic within your form.

    If you would, please navigate within your Ninja Form to Advanced > Conditional Logic, and take a look at any logic lines that say “Select One”.

    I have solved the problem but now I have a new issue…. Form is showing up when visualizing the page as admin whereas page is blank when I see it as visitor. Why?
