Double Featured Images

I am using the Sinatra theme and everything was fine with my blog archive pages and then I installed Contextual Related Posts and now I seem to be getting double featured images on my archive page. I have even gone back to yesterday’s back up of my site and seem to be still getting the issue. Only seems to be an issue with images I have uploaded. Images that came stock with the theme (Just haven’t deleted them yet) don’t have the same issue. I have tried another theme and it doesn’t have the same issue.
