    Hi there,

    After updating the plugin a while ago to version 2.0.1 i think it was, our products on the website are not being synchronised to our Facebook Catalogue and not we can’t tag new products on Instagram. We haven’t been able to do that for a long time now and the latest update didn’t help.

    Can you please fix this asap?

    Thank you very much for reaching out to us and I’m really sorry for our delayed response and for our plugin not working as expected on your end.

    Regarding your products not syncing, could you please let me know if you’ve been able to complete the setup process after updating to version 2.0.1? You can check that by navigating at WooCommerce > Facebook > Connection and see if there’s a “Get Started” button available on that end.

    Also, we’ve released a new version of our plugin (2.0.3), so I’d recommend updating to the latest version first since some of the new features are meant to improve the onboarding process.

    Regarding not being able to tag your products on Instagram, would you please let me know a bit more information about that? Have you been unable to proceed with that even in an older version of our plugin?
