    I am using your plugin to lists my articles in Google news publish center and it is working perfectly. As soon as publish any article, its is appearing in Google news publish center.

    But none of my articles are listed under “Google news tab” OR under “Top stories” in Google search result page. (All my posts are showing in first pages of Google search results, but none are coming under news tab / Top sorties). Can you please help me to know the reason behind this? I would be very grateful for your guidance on this matter.

  • Hi vivekpk3,

    Being approved, having your stories listed on your Google News ‘source’ page, and being able to be ‘Favorited’ in Google News, is separate from ranking on the Google News home/section/search-results pages or Top Stories.

    Many publishers are saying it is very difficult to impossible for new(ish) sites to be ranked. It’s no longer a “starting point” to get traffic like it used to be.

    In general I recommend focusing on building your site; publishing fresh, original, reporting; and becoming a well established news source, before expecting that your site will be ranked in Google News. Getting approved as you have is a step in that direction,
