There is a critical error on your website

  • Good morning wordpress,
    I just have an inquiry on the subject above. This is the first time to see this message on my site. Is it an issue with wordpress version 5.5.1? Cause I have seen this error on other wordpress websites just within last week.

  • First of all, have you installed a new plugin recently? If you have installed a new plugin, that plugin may be the cause of the problem. I had the same problem before on my website.

    It is very simple to do. Go to your WordPress admin area and re-enable each one by one until you get a screen that says “A critical error has occurred on your website.” The problem is the plugin you just activated. Once you have discovered the problem, you should probably undo the subject or module that caused it.
