“Cant get user id” error on mobile or tablet pages

    Hello, I’ve updated to the latest version of AAL, everything works fine when looking at web pages from a PC all ads load. When I look at the identical page from a mobile phone or tablet no ads display and it says “Could not get a user ID”. all posts/pages are doing the same thing… Can you check it out.

    Hi,

    It is an error message of this plugin and thrown with Ajax requests performed by the plugin script.

    Not sure if this fixes it but can you try the development version 4.3.2b01?

    Nope 4.3.2b01 didn’t work, still the same.

    If you have a caching plugin, please be sure to renew the page cache as well as caches for Ajax responses.

    Yes, I do have litespeed but it is deactivated. Still the same result.

    Okay, I think I found the cause.

    Can you try v4.3.2b02? Probably this fixes the issue.

    Yes, that worked. Ads now display on all devices and with caching turned on too.
    will that be released as an update? just wondering if I should update my sites manually or wait for the update.

    v4.3.2 will be released tomorrow and you can just leave the development version running until you get an automatic update notice for v4.3.2.
