Little layout issue with youtube video

Hi,
your plugin works in an excellent way me, except for a little annoying layout issue with Youtube embedded videos; I’ll try to explain:
I use siteorigin panels and videos are embedded via custom html widget using a fluid layout that fits responsively and automatically video to his parent div.
Anyway, the code of this fluid layout is not uploaded on cookies acceptance and needs a reload of the page to load and get the right layout.
If page is not reloaded video keeps default youtube dimentions (560×315) and is not responsive.
I’ve tried to solve in different ways, using various youtube players instead of simple code embed but didn’t work. Same issue either with default embed or youtube-nocookies one.
Any ideas about?
