Change all posts links automatically

Hi guys,

I have migrate an old webpage with 745 post to the new one. A lot of those posts has internal links to other pages, but that links has changed.

I uploaded a list os redirections to Yoast SEO Plugin and now, if I scan my new webpage with a SEO Spider software, I have a lot of internal links redirections that I have to fix.

Is there any option to change all of that internal links to the target link of the Yoast SEO plugin redirection automatically? It is a very hard work if I have to change all of that links one by one…
