Check your index.php in your theme files or any other place where you entered commands to pull in the forum.

Hi sahil-hasan, (please no mr. here),

It looks like in your WordPress setup there was already (or you created) a page called Forum or forum-2, id nr 1831
Go in Dashboard/Edit pages and study this page. Is it an empty placeholde for your forum?
Or is there some text on it?
Do you use a plugin for the forum?
Did yo activate it through a widget?
How did you make it so that the page Forum displays your forum?

1. I deleted my trash pages consist the name of Forum
2. I saw a page but there is no contant is totally blank only command there vasthtml for activate forum in Html

3. Yes i use plugin for Forum i cant create it my self
4. i only through active from page not from Widget
5. i just install plugin and activite, not done any thing

Ok Sahil,

Since your other pages display only one time there seems nothing wrong with your page.php so it must be a forum setting in the forum software.
I clicked the link to vasthtml site but that gave me a virus warning so I could not go there. Have a look yourself in the settings at your acount there.

Check https://www.php.net for date formatting.

Please Advise or may i reinstall the plugin ? but i think my user data will lost ?

I really do not know if the data will be lost when you delete the plugin and re-install.
