Not tech savvy at all

I am trying to make this https://bonafidemutual.com/?elementor_library=home-1
be my public page .. but I don’t know how I asked a couple ppl at site ground hosting in tech dept. they said they don’t know.. I tried to move wordpress from subdomain to root but that became far above my pay grade … not sure what to do
