Buyer Beware! Customer service is a nightmare.

They “attempted” to help me fix my site so it would do what I needed it to do, but each time, they would leave off 90% of the issues I had requested to be fixed, and wouldn’t tell me when they had completed what they thought they needed to. After going back and forth multiple times, and being ignored when requesting a refund, they have told me that they won’t refund my money because it’s not a “bug”. Almost a month of time wasted with empty promises for a crap product that doesn’t work.

You’re better off with a different theme – one where their 30 day money back guarantee is an ACTUAL guarantee that you’ll be satisfied, and they actually WILL refund your money without hassle. It’s not just a bogus “guarantee” that their product has no bugs.
