Please add Google Pay

    Hello

    I saw a post here about Google Pay so I want to bring this back and ask that you please integrate this. I have many customers asking when we’ll be “up to date” with payment methods for the mobile age. 70% of our users are on mobile now.

    Thanks so much for reaching out and letting us know this feature is important for your business!

    I understand your point here and our team is considering this feature request seriously. Having said that, we do prioritize new features based on the number of merchants seeking similar functionality and are constantly working on adding new features and enhancements to our many plugins.

    At this time we haven’t received enough requests to add Google Pay to our upcoming roadmap for PayPal Powered by Braintree but our product team is constantly reviewing enhancement requests and prioritizing tasks for our developers to work on next, so this may make it to the roadmap in the future!

    I have to say that coming from Woocommerce, this is very disappointing. These payment gateways are not even the future. They are the present. You have Apple Pay but not Google Pay. It makes no sense to me.
