Plugin Not Connecting

    When i try to connect my store to mailchimp via the plug, I login + authorize and am then redirected back to the plugin where I once again recieve the ‘connect’ screen….I’m never taken to step two. I’ve been connected to Mc with this plugin for years, so not sure why this is happening now.

    Hi @jessicasala, Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out.

    Typically, when there are problems with buttons not being responsive it’s related to a pop-up blocker that is running in your browser. Can you please check to make sure this is turned off for your site?

    If that doesn’t solve the issue, it could be a plugin or caching service getting in the way, e.g. Cloudflare. Do you have anything like that running on your WordPress install? If you don’t, that’s ok, we just wanted to check on that first. We can try to look at a few other things as well.
