Having issues with HTML tags in label

Please submit screenshots showing FCF field settings and output. Also let me know which website the issue concerns.

I am having a problem with HTML tags on labels
The site is https://sendasurprise.co.za/
When I use Recipient Name the email comes through showing the code i.e. Recipient Name and not as Recipient Name in Bold text

Thanks for the screenshots. It explained a lot. I informed the Developer about the case. I do not want to make a promise but the next update will probably include a fix that will solve this issue.

When do you foresee the update coming out?
