Cancel Term / New Term

Hi

I thought that plugin cancels terms from the post, not the term itself.
I worked on a custom type and selected a taxonomy then I cancelled exits term but plugin cancelled the term from taxonomy not only from the post.

I created new term and push add, system show me that it works on 86 post but no one post has a new term ?

What is wrong ????
