Fatal error: Uncaught Error: (RestApi.php on line 53)

Hi,

I getting this error intermittently (once every three to four times) when I visit my cart and checkout page. The error appears, independently, if I reach my checkout page through the Cart page or through a direct link.

I am also getting the same error every time I try to customize my cart page and checkout page with the WordPress Theme Customizer.

My current WordPress environment is:
