Provided credentials are incorrect

Hello,
i am having trouble setting up the plugin to work.

i keep getting: Provided credentials are incorrect

i have written a couple of emails as well to [email protected] no answer/no solution

i am not even sure if i am putting the right information in the right field.

the plugin needs: Client ID, Client Secret, Login Email

the developer page (which is in german in my case, i cant find a language swich) supplies these values: Affiliate Key, App-IDs, App-Name’s, Kunden-ID’s.

by now i have almost treid eveything.
