my site was hacked, i hardened it and now none of my themes work at all

my site was hacked, and i uploaded a clean backup, and worked on hardening it by modifying .htaccess, robots.txt, wp-config.php files, permissions, all according to advices i found on various blogs

also i installed a whole lot of security plugins, and i don’t know exactly when but my themes stopped working when i worked on hardening, not just the one i use that i made, but every theme that i try, even the wp classic. it’s like wordpress won’t even recognize css files, or any of the pictures that come with the themes. even the preview looks like this

i did the hardening part first, and site worked, and then i went on installing plugins and even during that site still worked so i wasn’t even looking anymore when i was installing them, but when i finished with it, it was looking like this. no design at all.

i thought that some plugins may be messing with eachother so i tried deactivating all of them, and then even deleting all of them, but my theme still won’t work.
