Order randomly created, no Woocommerce Order

    Hello,

    We recently installed your plugin and tested a purcahse, everything seemed to work fine. Today, we noticed an order had appeared in learnpress that had not been made in woocommerce.

    After checking, no money had been processed through any of the payment gateways so we were quite confused that an order was made and yet there is no purchase or record on woocommerce.

    Are there any logs or anything that could help us investigate this?

    I’ve also noticed that when a purcahse is made through Woocommerce, the plugin does not give the user access until the order is marked as complete. Is there a way to change this so that it gives the user access when the order is marked as processing?

    Hi @dylan1233 ,

    Right now the answer for your questions is NO. Unfortunately there is no log, and the user is enrolled only when the WooCommerce order is completes.

    But I’m working on a new version and I will include both things. I hope to get the new version bye the end of this month.

    Hola Matías, cómo andás? Estoy probando el Plugin y es exactamente lo que necesitaba.
    Pero tengo un inconveniente, estoy haciendo compras de pruebas como para ver cómo sería el proceso para el usuario, y veo que no se carga el curso al perfil de manera automática luego del pago.
    Traté yendo a la parte de “pedidos” de WC, y al marcar el pedido como “completado” sí se agrega al perfil. Te consulto, siempre tengo que completarlos manualmente o me estoy perdiendo de algo, y eso puede hacerse automáticamente. Yo uso MercadoPago, tal vez hay alguna manera que cuando MP apruebe la transacción, el curso se suba al perfil sin tener yo que estar aprobándolo manualmente.

    Hola @micaelablanco cómo estás?

    Se supone que cuando el usuario paga, la orden pasa automáticamente a “completado”. En ese momento es que el plugin actúa, y le da acceso al curso.

    Ahora bien, es un problema conocido que MercadoPago no pasa siempre el pedido a completado.
