Problems after the new update

  • So before this update everything went smooth for another website that I set up. But after this update (which includes domain verification), somethings amiss. Becase after installing SSL certificate correctly and getting the padlock on the website the plugin still gives this error : We could not detect valid SSL certificate on your site!. Please wait as it may take few minutes if you installed SSL certificate on your cPanel / Server just now.

    However the valid certificate is correctly installed and website is loading properly on the https protocol.

    @gr8leo87 Looks like you rushed towards leaving a review instead of posting your question on support forum ?? It takes some time to detect newly installed SSL on some hosts and “Enable HTTPS” is just optional button to verify SSL. If you have HTTPS working fine, then our plugin have definitely helped you.

    Please try “Enable HTTPS” after few minutes of SSL installation and update your review if possible.

    I actually tried it after full 1 hour and then some. Last time i did it, it verified instantly.

    I will update the review anyway though.

    @gr8leo87 Thank you very much for updating the review :). We’re putting our best efforts to craft WP Encryption to perfectness every day.

    Meanwhile, Enable HTTPS button is nothing but changing your site & WordPress urls to https:// protocol in Settings > General.
