• This plugin used to work great for me but with the latest updates it stops working, when I try to manage the connection it says

    “Error managing Facebook extension for business”

    “Set up a Facebook business extension so you can manage the settings.”

    I don’t know what I can do to fix this problem.

    Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! I’m sorry that the latest changes have caused issues with managing the connection, that’s certainly not our intention!

    In the latest version of the plugin, we’re using Facebook’s latest API which allows us to bring back some of the cool features we had in our initial version. Allowing product visibility control, syncing of individual products, and better performing batch syncing to name a few!

    That said, what you’re seeing doesn’t sound like the norm, and there may be an issue we can look into further for you if you would like to raise a support request in the forums here. If you’ve already done that, I do apologize! In which case, please let me know and I can take a look to see where we’re at.

    Thanks again though for leaving your thoughts, it’s truly appreciated, and I hope we can get these issues ironed out with Facebook moving forward.
