DADF & RARF Unresponsive to Click

    Nothing happens when I click on the ‘Delete All Deletable Files” and the ‘Repair All Repairable Files’ buttons. I’ve done the scan. It’s found items. I can do other things, but after that scan I can’t click on those buttons.

    Is there a direct link to those commands instead of the java button?

    I’ve tried multiple browsers. Private and regular. We’ve done countless other sites, but this one doesn’t seem to work.

    Any ideas?

    Hello @agnitekcom and thanks for reaching out to us!

    Is it just this one site you are having issues with? Is the scan returning repairable/deletable results?

    Could you do these two things for me?:
    1) Screenshot the scan results where the repair/delete buttons are located and send them to wftest @ wordfence . com and make sure to put your forum user name as the subject.
    2) Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    Also, could you open the browser console and see if you are getting any errors on that page.
