Lost Data

I just spent 3+ hours working on a proposal. I clicked update after every section, viewed it on the public URL, it was always there – including my most recent updates. I needed to click away from the admin page for a second and when I came back, everything I had worked on was gone! I’ve cleared my cache (Lastest Chrome), checked in different browsers (Firefox, Safari), and even searched the database. It’s as if it was deleted somehow.

I’m in the process of slowly rebuilding the proposal. Any ideas of what might have happened?
