    Hi @sharon135 ,

Thanks for the question, FileBird will display all your media gallery files, but will not import the settings from that old tool, so please see exactly how FileBird works here:

    https://ninjateam.gitbook.io/filebird/

If you need File Manager separately, please check out Filester:

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,

    Questions:
    1. I have access to control panel or FTP so don’t think I need File Manager plugin, right if I end up using Filebird?
    2. Does your plugin include not just images but also pdfs?
    3. What if I keep Media file mgr plugin active and install filebird, what do you think would happen?

I guess the only way to find out if Filebird works for this one is to try and backup prior to just in case. I create a stage site though to test it but haven never done one before. Host provider gave me a link to create one.

    Hi @sharon135 ,

    To answer your questions:

    1. Yes, thats right you do not need File Manager if you have Cpanel and FTP.
    2. Yes, FileBird supports Pdfs and other media file types.
    3. Maybe there could be a conflict because you said that plugin is obsolete, also it might have similar codes with FileBird since they both work with the library.

However, like you said, it is better to test FileBird out by installing it already and going through the documentation link I sent in my earlier message to learn how to use it.

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,
    -Bruce-
