    Hi! I keep receiving this message but i don’t apply in any of these issues!
    (it’s in portuguese)

    O envio foi pausado devido a um problema técnico com MailPoet: O MailPoet Sending Service parou de enviar seus e-mails por um dos seguintes motivos:

    Você pode ter atingido o limite de assinantes do seu plano. Gerenciar suas inscri??es.
    Você pode ter tido uma taxa de entrega baixa. Entre em contato com nossa equipe de suporte para resolver o problema.

    Verifique suas configura??es de método de envio.

    I’ve checked your account and I can confirm the MailPoet Sending Service has been paused for your account.

    The problem is that you’re sending multiple emails to this address and it has previously bounced.

    I tried to verify it now and the response is:

    Connecting to luckyschool.com.br did not work

    Please contact your host to ask them what’s going wrong with your email address/mailbox settings. Then contact us so we can restore the sending for you.

    Your affirmation:

    -My question: To What Address exactly?

    I’ve contacted my host and run tests on my e-mail: [email protected]
    and everything seems to work fine.

    Can you provide further info about this issue please?

    Thanks for writing back. I’ve re-checked the email address, “[email protected]”. Although the address is a catch-all email, it appears to be valid, so we have removed it from our bounce list.

    I’ve also restored your MailPoet Sending Service. You should be able to send newsletters again.
