What does the shortcode look like? It appears to be missing or have an invalid id=”” attribute. Remember this must match the ID in the H5P content list.

I have updated course presentation library. Now edit screen for the course presentation is blank.

Would you mind trying to copy-paste this into your page: [h5p id="63"]
It looks as if your keyboard language/layout may be giving you a different style or type of quotation marks.

For the Edit screen could you try opening the browser console (Ctrl+Shift+J in Chrome) and looking for any error messages?

I changed the shortcode to [h5p id=”63″]. Now page is not opening at all. I received “The server requested closed the connection before the transaction was completed.” error.

How can I go back to old version of Course Presentation library? Today I updated to 1.22.1.

The presentations with earlier versions of the libraries are working fine.

For blank (course presentation) edit screen, I checked the browser console and found the following error:
[Error] Failed to load resource: The network connection was lost. (admin.php, line 0)
    > Selected Element
    < <div id=”wpwrap”>…</div> = $1

Please check your browser’s console error log on the pages not working and also check your web server’s (PHP) error_log. This can be any number of issues related to the hosting set up or even a conflict with a different WordPress plugin.

All old H5P contents are working fine except Presentation module that was up dated to Version 1.22.

Could you resolve the issue related to Presentation module that is not working?

    Thanks

Were you able to retrieve any error messages from the browser’s console or the PHP error_log file? The Course Presentation content type is working as expected for other sites, so this is most likely an issue with the set up of the specific site. You could try reinstalling the content type if you are unable to monitor any errors.
Optionally, if you are able to provide a link to the page failing I might be able to take a look.

    Hi,

I enjoy using H5P plugin for its (1) various content types and (2) easy of use.

I want to create more H5P content on my website.

However, my log files show the following errors for old H5p content posts:

[04-Feb-2021 10:17:29 UTC] PHP Warning: ZipArchive::close(): Failure to create temporary file: No such file or directory in /Adventure-Travel/wp-content/plugins/h5p/h5p-php-library/h5p.classes.php on line 1888

[04-Feb-2021 10:17:30 UTC] PHP Warning: copy(/Adventure-Travel/wp-content/uploads/h5p/temp/h5p-601bc9b92e40c): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /Adventure-Travel/wp-content/plugins/h5p/h5p-php-library/h5p-default-storage.class.php on line 157

Some times H5P content pages do not open at all. The browser says Server Connection Closed.

Is H5P plugin compatible with latest WordPress version?

I have multiple posts based on H5P plugin.

    Could anyone help?

    Thanks and regards,

    Hi,
    When does this happen ?
Can you provide reproducible steps for this ?
Looks like a server configuration issue, either the files are not existing when attempting to create the ziparchive when exporting H5Ps, or the server is not configured to be able to create temporary files, which is necessary.

    Thanks for a prompt reply!

I have been observing this for many days.

    What are reproducible steps?

How can I find that it is a server issue? Can I provide any proof to my web host about incorrectly configured server? If I cannot, the host will immediately say it is plugin problem.

If I recreate the content, will it work?

    Regards
