    I had the backup set on the google drive but had to change the account from personal to business. after deleting the previous backup in the personal cloud, I tried creating the backup on the different google cloud. Since then, I no longer get the option on selecting the different cloud account as well as the continuous failure of creating the backup itself. awaiting a quick reply. thank you.

    problem:
    1. can’t change the google cloud account to backup
    2. creating the backup continuous failure. (I have already uninstalled and reinstalled many times.)

    Hi,

    1. Can you please use the “wipe out” option in the advance tools tab to reset all UpdraftPlus setting

    2. Can you please provide us a copy of the backup log?

    Thank you! Luckily, by doing a “wipe out” I was able to change the cloud account as well as backup successfully!
