latest update ver 3, issue, video not playing

i have upgraded to 3.0.1, still the same problem .

i have just upgraded to version 3.0.3, after the upgrade the video url changed from “https://storage.googleapis.com/stacob/2020/02/942cd1d3-2020-01-29-12-26-50-1.mp4”

to

“https://www.stacob.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/942cd1d3-2020-01-29-12-26-50-1.mp4”

i tried the two mode Stateless and Ephemeral, still have the same problem.

version 2.3.2, “https://storage.googleapis.com/stacob/2020/09/a1728af6-wpstatelss-2.3.2-correct-video-url.jpg”

issue no 2,

for version 3.0.3, if it is on Stateless mode the pictures on the video file in the media will not show “https://storage.googleapis.com/stacob/2020/09/bf8ebd41-picture-not-showing-for-video-files.jpg”

for version 3.0.3 if it is on Ephemeral mode pictures will show “https://storage.googleapis.com/stacob/2020/09/08b25b25-picture-showing.jpg”

Try re-synchronizing on Sync tab

i have re-synchronized but it did not work. your version 3.0.3 has too many problems. i do not see any sense in re-synchronizing after an update. update are not supposed to change the video urls. there is a serious bug since the update to version 3. you need to look at the plugin development allover again. version 2.3.2 is still the best.

i think the new features you have added to version 3.0.3 is affecting the plugin.

I’m assuming you upgraded and tested thoroughly on your staging server. Just don’t upgrade production until you have it working on staging.

i am not using a staging server. pls look into these issues, the plugin latest version 3.0.3 has too many issues .
