Why does the team member short code not show in my about us page?

which plugin are you using that provides the team members shortcode ?
And how is it being added to the site ?

It is called team members. You add the team into the plugin and it gives a shortcode to add onto your page or post. Ive added it into the about us page but nothing is showing.

You are using site ground optimizer so it’s really tough to see the source of the code.

GP doesn’t have a way to stop shortcode content from plugin to display (if the plugin works correct) so it might be good to check with their support to see if everything is configured properly.

You can also activate a twenty series WP theme to test if it works there.

It used to work until I switched to this theme. I’m wondering if some of the speed options I chose with siteground has anything to do with it.

Maybe try disabling all other plugins and SG Optimizer to test?
