File Zilla Not working PLEASE HELP

  • I have followed every instruction step by step. I try to connect with FileZilla and everytime it tells me this:

    Command: USER gallowayle
    Response: 331 User gallowayle OK. Password required
    Command: PASS ********
    Response: 530 Login authentication failed
    Error: Critical error
    Error: Could not connect to server

    I have typed in every possible password. Is it not the one we received from www.remarpro.com? Am I missing something? Please help me, Im on the verge of tears.

  • The password you need to use for FTP is the password your web hosting company sent you for your hosting account, and not your www.remarpro.com password or your wordpress administration password.

    Obtain the correct FTP details from your host.
