instock email is not sending automatically when product back in stock

I liked the plugin in all aspect, but when a product is back in stock it is not sending emails automatically to the subscribers, from the admin I need to click ” Send Instock Mail ” manually to send emails, wasn’t this supposed to send emails automatically? that’s what i saw on the demo…please help!!
