    Installed plugin – kept 95% as default operation and parameters, when client submits a ticket with an image on the client side they get a blank screen saying “There has been a critical error on your website.” and no image is present in the ticketing system.
    When agent replies to a ticket he is then presented with a white screen with “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    Do not mask attachment is TICKED but was also happening when unticked

    Hi @mrmickwhite,

    I registered and submitted a ticket with an attachment and it worked for me. Does the issue continue? Also, The DO NOT MASK ATTACHMENT box applies for new ticket and not for existing tickets.
