SEO and Helpie

    I am considering installing Helpie but want to know how it works with SEO. In particular:
    1. Can you select H2 text for the questions and H3 text for the answers?
    2. Does Google and other search engines read all the content in the questions and answers for SEO/SERP purposes?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Currently, we do not have the option to choose heading tags for Questions and Answers, but we do have this in our backlog already. I will make sure to let you know once this is pushed up.

    2. Yes, both FAQ Question and FAQ Answers are enabled for SERP purposes.
