• Hi,
    When resetting a password, the email being sent is the default one and not the one from kadence email designer. I have updated plugin to the latest version.
    Any possible solutions?

    Is this the only email type that is not working for you? Have you cleared all your cache?

    Hi,
    are you making sure to reset on the woocommerce my-account page? using a different page would send the core email which is not handled the same as woocommerce emails.

    @hannahritner Yes, that was the only e-mail not working, but I’m pretty sure the problem is with what @britner said. I generated the reset through log in page, which I’m pretty sure is handled by other plugin – Tutor LMS and not woocommerce.
    Is there a way to make that the tutor lms email template uses this custom template?

    Our plugin only works with Woocommerce emails, it’s not possible to use with emails from core or another plugin.
