I know this may possibly be related to Event Tickets plus but the error comes from files under Event Tickets. I have created a ticket with Modern Tribe but we are on a desperate time crunch so I am wondering if anyone has come across this error. The city has just given permission for our event and I desperately need to be selling tickets for the fair that starts in 9 days.

When you click “Get Tickets” the window pops up. After clicking “Checkout Now” the window closes and this error is displayed.

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function is_in_stock() on null in /home4/XXXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/Commerce/PayPal/Gateway.php:587

I have tribe commerce activated and a sandbox PayPal saved. Purchasing was working before we upgraded to Event Tickets Plus. I believe one transaction may have worked but no fields were shown to enter the attendees information.

It is a live site that is actively taking bookings from vendors so I can’t disable plugins or switch the theme. WP and all plugins are updated to the the latest version.

I have tried events with one ticket and with two that share capacity.

    Any ideas??
    Many Thanks!

This was totally bizarre. I eventually tracked the error down to happening in FireFox on only the computer I was using. It worked in all the other browsers and all browsers on my laptop. So much time spent and it was because of the 1 browser on 1 computer.
    Aaaarrgghh!!!
