Page naming and Links aren’t color or underlined

I added a CSS code to hide the titles.

.page-title {
display: none;
}

I don’t know if this is the problem regarding the page names, but they have page id numbers instead, such https://authordenisebaer.com/?page_id=8. It has the title and slug filled in and I can’t change the permalink.

I’m also having issues with the underline and color of links. https://authordenisebaer.com/?page_id=204

When I’m editing, they’re colored and underlined, but on the site, you can’t tell what’s a link. The above page should have Baer Books Press colored and underlined.
