Sending url date parameter into ddmmyyyy format

  • Hi @albertomadrid,

    The default date field in Contact Form 7 is returning the date in a YYYY-MM-DD format, and currently we don’t have an option to alter the value of the fields before passing it into the url (It’s on our TODO list, stay tuned).

    I can suggest you’ll put a regular text field, and apply jQuery Datepicker over it, and that way you will have full control over the return value, but you do need some programming skills for that.

    Because I don’t know how to handle this jQuery Datepicker I’m really interested into your programmed feature improvement.

    No, but even when we do make this change, it will be by passing a custom function before the parameter is passed to the URL, so you’ll still need to code this function. The easiest solution for you is still what I suggested earlier (text field with Datepicker jQuery plugin (which is build in WordPress includes). Everyone does that.
