    Hello,

    in my Facebook account it says my Pixel is installed correctly.

    If I go to the Facebook for Woocommerce Configuration page and press Get started it simply redirects me to a Facebook page displaying the following error.

    Invalid App ID
    The provided app ID does not look like a valid app ID.

    Any idea what’s going on ?

    Would you please be able to paste your system status here so I can get a better idea of what might be going on? You can grab it by going to:

    WooCommerce > Status?and clicking on?Get system report.

    Additionally, a screenshot, including the location bar, of the error you’re receiving, would be really helpful.
