• Hi,

Just now I went to my website and the correct theme was in place, no problem. I upgraded a plugin (I have no idea which one) and changed the reading setting for blog post page from a page to “select”.

Since then I have the boring theme that I think is the default one you get with a new word press install.

I have been unable to switch to any other theme and I have never had this problem before.

    Any ideas?

    Many thanks in advance

BTW, I have tried in a different browser and the website is https://www.russellsashtanga.info.

What happens when you try to change themes? Is there an error message that you could share?

You might also try disabling all your plugins before trying to change the theme. If, with all plugins disabled, you are able to change your theme then you can re-enable them 1 by 1 to see which plugin is the issue.

Thanks Chris, I will give that a go now.

Got it, turns out the problem was with the following plugin.

User Theme Load a Theme for a special user (ID, IP, User_Level)
    By Frank Bültge

    Thank you.
