[e2pdf-download id=”6″] dont work

  • Hello,
    I have tried all possible steps to display the file to download but in vain. I use E2pdf with Forminator. Please help me.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately we were not able to submit form, it failed with error message by some reason: “At least one field must be filled out to submit the form”.

    If you success to submit form:
    1. Do your [e2pdf-download id="6"] shortcode truncated? If so, recheck please if PDF template under ID 6 is activated.

    2. If you have already submitted entries, can you check please if you can choose needed template and export data via admin dashboard “E2Pdf” -> “Export”? Thank you.

    Thanks for your response. The form can now be sent.
    I also have a problem with the forminator plugin, It does not generate tables in database, so I imported the tables manually and it works, I can submit the form. but, nothing happens after sending the form. When I look in the database, dataset is blank.
    I have done the manipulation for export pdf tamplete, see the gif attached

    It looks like it could be still missed some tables / files / configuration. If it’s possible, are you able to reinstall completely E2Pdf and Forminator? If not and you able to use “Developer Console”, can you check the “ajax” response after choosing “Item” to export or check error.log?
