Emails wont send

Hi,
My client is suddenly having an issue whereby no emails are being received after clients placing an order. Apparently she has changed nothing and this has just started in the last couple of weeks. I have had a look at the back end, updated all the plugins and theme and updated to the latest version of WordPress. The dashboard tells me that the site needs to update the PHP version, but I checked and it’s running version 7.3.
According to the WP Mail Log the emails have been sent but nothing has appeared in either my inbox, or hers. I’ve checked the spam folder and nothing is there either.
I’ve read through the email FAQ document https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/ and no light has been shed.
Any help gratefully received.
