• Hi there, I have installed the free RFQ Tool Kit. Everything is configured and working no problem, except for one thing.

    The Admin Email is not sending. This is the mail that is supposed to notify an admin that there is new request for quote. I have checked spam folders, and tried several different emails.

    The customer email sends, but not the admin.

    Please could someone assist. Thanks

    Check in your error log. Do you see an error after you submit a request?

    Check your SMTP host to see if it shows anything (blocked at server level). Are you using an smtp plugin, try sending with a different smtp plugin.

    I’m having this exact same issue.

    No problems on SMTP side, no errors in the error log.

    After disabling the plugin, emails are sent again?

    When disabling the plugin, the admin emails, notifying that an order has been placed on the store, are sent again if you add items to the cart and check out.

    With the plugin enabled, these are not sent.

    OK. That is not the same problem as the other post as far as I know. The thread was about not sending the admin email for quotes(our plugin).

    Check in your error log. Do you see an error after you submit a request?

    It does not send admin emails for quotes when the plugin is active either.

    I did check my error log, no new errors are showing up when I submit a request, which is what’s very odd. Everything was working perfectly until recently and no changes have been made to the website aside from plugin updates. Disabling all plugins one by one to test revealed that the issue was with this plugin.

    Unfortunately, that is where most errors come from. theme and plugin updates.
    It is recommended to update in an staging area before updating in the production area.
    Do you know which plugins you updated? you can try disabling those one by one and test.

    @gplsaver I’m having the same issue with admin emails frequently not sending from my client’s site. Please fix this!
